  1. Ingredients
  2. Potatoes, yogurt, ginger, green chillies, dhana and salt
  3. Boil the potatoes, cut into small cubes
  4. Mash two or three for the gravy
  5. After putting jiru vaghar,add all the ingredients including yogurt
  6. Yogurt to water ratio is 2:1
  7. Add water and mashed potatoes
  8. Let it boil on low heat and stir frequently so yogurt doesn’t separate.
  9. If the gravy is watery, you can mash some cubes which are already in your shak
