- Ingredients
- Potatoes, yogurt, ginger, green chillies, dhana and salt
- Boil the potatoes, cut into small cubes
- Mash two or three for the gravy
- After putting jiru vaghar,add all the ingredients including yogurt
- Yogurt to water ratio is 2:1
- Add water and mashed potatoes
- Let it boil on low heat and stir frequently so yogurt doesn’t separate.
- If the gravy is watery, you can mash some cubes which are already in your shak
