- Cube mahi pieces
- Mix yogurt with pav bhaji masala, turmeric, dhana jeeru. Marchu, salt and garam masala’s, ginger paste, garlic paste and olive oil
- Mix with fish and bake at 375 for 20-25 min
- Grind dhania, tomatoes and green chili - 2 tomatoes, 1 bunch dhania and 2 green chilis
- Cook the mixture in oil - heat oil first
- Cook until oil is released
- Put fish in gravy and add water
- Taste for salt etc
