  1. Cube mahi pieces
  2. Mix yogurt with pav bhaji masala, turmeric, dhana jeeru. Marchu, salt and garam masala’s, ginger paste, garlic paste and olive oil
  3. Mix with fish and bake at 375 for 20-25 min
  4. Grind dhania, tomatoes and green chili - 2 tomatoes, 1 bunch dhania and 2 green chilis
  5. Cook the mixture in oil - heat oil first
  6. Cook until oil is released
  7. Put fish in gravy and add water
  8. Taste for salt etc
