Cauliflower Roasted Rosemary Bake

  • 1 medium head Cauliflower (about 2 1/2 lbs) - broken into florets
  • 2 TBSP Oil
  • 2 tsp Rosemary, fresh - minced OR 3/4 tsp Rosemary - crushed
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  1. Preheat oven to 450. Toss together all ingredients; spread in a greased 15x10x1" pan . Roast until tender and lightly browned, 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. PER 3/4 CUP :
  3. 226mg Sodium
  4. 5g Carb
  5. 2g Sugar
