Tuna Noodle Casserole (Denise’s Recipe)

  • 1 package Rotini noodles
  • 2 jars tuna, broken up
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 can of milk using the soup can
  • 2 cups of shredded Cheddar Cheese
  1. Use a large pot to boil enough water for the Rotini noodles. Add Rotini and bring back to a boil, turn off the heat and let sit for 10 minutes
  2. Meanwhile, break up the tuna and add to a pot. Add the Cream of Mushroom soup, mayonnaise, onion, milk. Heat for about 5 minutes or until hot.
  3. Drain the noodles and add back into pot. Add the tuna mixture and mix. Add half the cheese and mix well.
  4. Pour into a 13 x 9” sprayed with Pam pan. Add the rest of the cheese on top.
  5. Bake at 350* for 25-30 minutes.
