      Converting recipes from Edna's Cook Book to Recipe Box

The recipes to be converted must be accessible to ECB.  Start ECB
and follow these steps to create two files:

        1.  Select "PRINT" from the Main Menu
        2.  Answer "Yes" to "change these parameters"
        3.  Change the print parameters to:

                  Output to:         ASCII File
                  Pause Between Pages:      No
                  Single Recipe per Page:   No
                  Print Encrypted Recipes:  Yes
                  Print Recipe Source:      Yes
                  Print Source at:       Bottom
                  Print Page Numbers:       No
                  Print Cats/SubCats:       Yes

                  Page Width (spaces):      047
                  Left Margin (spaces):     000
                  Right Margin (spaces):    000
                  Page Length (lines):      000
                  Top Margin (lines):       000
                  Bottom Margin (lines):    000
                  Beginning Page Number:    000

        4.  Save new settings
        5.  Enter your password (if requested)
        6.  Select "Print all in File"
        7.  Select sort by "UNSORTED"
        8.  Enter Path/Filename for output as: RECIPE.ECB
        9.  ECB will print all recipes to file
        10. Select "LIST" from Main Menu
        11. Select "ALL"
        12. Select sort by "UNSORTED"
        13. Select output to "ASCII FILE"
        14. Enter Path/Filename for output as: LIST.ECB
        15. ECB will print a list of recipe names to file

Note: The filenames in step #8 & #14 must be entered correctly.

Edna's Cook Book will generate two ASCII files:

                        RECIPE.ECB
                        LIST.ECB

These two files are required by Jafre Inc. to perform the conversion.
