Print Recipe Index

Sometimes it is just nice to have a printed list of all your recipes. 

The index will list all of the recipe names and the corresponding cookbook.

You may choose to save the index to text file or to the printer.

The recipe name and cookbook may be printed in two formats;  separated by a comma or in columns.
