Creating a New Cookbook

Select the Misc Stuff tab and click on the Cookbooks button. Enter the name of the Cookbook and short description. Click on the Save button to enter the cookbook or the Discard button to exit without saving.

For example to create a new cookbook for all your desserts, enter "dessert" and a short description such as "Grandma's Favorites".

Duplicate cookbook names are not permitted. Once a new cookbook is created it can not be removed. However, you may rename the cookbook and change its description.

You may now start to enter recipes into Recipe Box and associate them to a Cookbook. Each recipe must have a cookbook. It is a good idea to have a general cookbook to store the majority of the recipes in, plus several specialty books.
