Export Recipes

You may want to export recipes for several reasons:

• Share recipes with your friends
• Create your own cookbook
• Transfer your recipes from one computer to another
• Backup of recipes in text format

Select Export Recipes from the Misc Stuff tab of Recipe Box

Click Browse to select the filename of the text export file. 

You may export recipes from:

• All cookbooks

• Current Cookbook

• Tag List

• Search List

Click Change  if you are want to export a different cookbook than the current cookbook.

Recipe Box will write the recipes in one of two formats:

• Cookbook Format - for creating your own cookbook

• Import Format - to import into Recipe Box using the import feature
